denbigh cowl

This pattern uses a clever slip-stitch pattern to combine two different yarns to fabulous effect. This fun cowl uses two dramatically different DK yarns and an easy slipped-stitch motif to generate a striking geometric pattern for a cozy accessory. Knit up the small size for a close-fitting neck warmer, or the long version for a scarf that can be wrapped several times against harsh winter winds.

Skills needed:  Knitting, purling, knitting in the round, i-cord cast on and bind off, slipped stitch pattern.
